The Ten Most Useless Weapons In Gaming

6) Red Rider BB Gun Fallout 3

War. War never changes.

Except in Fallout 3, when War stepped into the first-person in a big way. From Bethesda, the developers behind Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, came one of the best RPGs ever. Fallout 3 told the story of the Vault Dweller, a young man or woman from Vault 101 setting out on a journey to find a missing father. There may have been a little cliché hidden in recesses of the story, but overall it was an adventure that still puts modern RPGs to shame.

The first weapon you are given, and one that can earn some mean bragging rights if kept the entire game, is a Red Rider BB Gun. And it is a waste of precious inventory space.

You are embarking on an adventure that will pit you against Supermutants, Radscorpions and worse, and you’re bringing a child’s toy into the fight? One of the weapons in this game is a shoulder-mounted NUCLEAR BOMB LAUNCHER. Why would you use anything else?

In other words, the BB Gun is as useful as Lindsay Lohan at a Miss Congeniality Convention.
