This morning we have news of two DC Comics properties headed for the big screen, Arnie’s reaction to T4 footage, an update on Morgan Freeman after his recent car accident, and more.
Morgan Freeman suffered several broken bones in his arm from a car accident on Sunday, but is expected to make a full recovery.
After several delays screenwriter Roger Avery is back at work adapting the venerable first-person shooter Wolfenstein into a feature film screenplay.
Despite all signs pointing to a permanent hiatus, George Miller says a Justice League film is still going to happen and may start shooting next year.
Speaking of DC Comics properties, a Green Lantern film might not only be in the works, but on the fast track to production.
The original Terminator Arnold Schwarzenegger was recently shown some footage from Terminator Salvation, and gave these incredibly insightful* comments:
“I still don't know how it will play out with this one. They showed me some footage, but I don't have a feel for the movie. I didn't see enough. I wasn't sure who the Terminator was. I don't know if there is one or if he's the star or the hero. These are the things that determine the success and how the strong the movie will be.”
*Note the sarcasm, people.
