The Morning Roundup: Green Lantern Film Fast-Tracked, 30 Rock DVD Details, GoW2 Review, New Trailers
Written by: Big Ross, CC2K Staff Writer
This morning we have news including that Craig named the new Bond film, McG lied about Cameron's blessing for T4, Jason's been unmasked, Green Lantern is fast tracked, and more including new trailers!
If you've been wondering who came up with the title for the newest installment in the Bond franchise, the answer is Daniel Craig. He recently revealed:
"I was involved in making the decision. Names were coming out, some ludicrous stuff was going back and forth – I can't remember exactly, but you know the sort of thing: 'The Blood On Your Face'… I knew I didn't want 'death', 'die', 'bleed' or any of those things in the title."
It seems that director McG has been caught in a bit of a lie. While he went on the record saying that he "spoke to Jim Cameron, got his blessing" regarding his efforts on Terminator Salvation (you can watch video HERE), director James Cameron officially commented on this recently telling the National Post:
"It could be a big steaming pile or it could be brilliant. Sam Worthington is in the Avatar and the new Terminator and he likes the script, but I never saw it. There was no blessing involved.”
Rut Ro, McG!
