Disney has cut a huge deal to keep Johnny Depp very, very busy. There's also news about new remakes in the works, as well as new trailers, including a new TV spot for Oliver Stone's Dubya.
• Rachel McAdams will star alongside Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law in Guy Ritchie's upcoming Sherlock Holmes movie, which I find myself unaccountably stoked for.
• The duo behind Harold & Kumar are working on a new project.
• Steven Spielberg says his next project will be based on the science fiction novel Chocky, which follows a boy with an imaginary friend who turns out to be possessed by an alien.
• Disney loooooves Johnny Depp. The megastar will appear in a fourth Pirates of the Caribbean movie, as well as Tim Burton's upcoming Alice in Wonderland as the Mad Hatter and a new version of The Lone Ranger, in which he'll play Tonto. Will George Clooney play the Ranger?
• Anne Hathaway will star in the romantic comedy/drama Opposite of Love.
• Cars 2 will hit theaters in 2011.
• Whoa! There's a remake of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels in the works?
