Zombie games are a dime-a-dozen these days, and some have already made this list. So what’s worse than getting mauled to death by undead mouth breathers?

Getting eating because you are just too damned out of shape for the post-apocalypse.

In State of Decay, one of my favorite Indie games ever, you play as a randomly generated meat-sack struggling to survive a zompocalypse. The RPG elements of the series mean that you start each map with the stamina of a beached whale. Given that these ghouls can catch a good sprint when the mood strikes, you better work on that trait fast.
