Sweden’s Terrible Feelings’ EP Blank Heads is now available in the states for the first time thanks to Freedom School Records. And man does it kick ass.

The music is rock and roll with strong gritty female vocals that conjure the Runaways and early Blondie. All four tracks are pounded out with this great in your face attitude that will rile you up and incite you to thrash and yell along with them.

The four tracks on the Blank Heads EP show the range of the band, and hint at the directions they could go in in the future. Trash & Burn is straight forward thrash track that will get any pit riled up, Blank Heads and The Moon have menacing hooks in the middle of the madness,  and Hollow is pure rock and roll.

The music and recording is raw and exciting. One of my favorite EPs of the year.
