Well now you can, in Surgeon Simulator 2013. This unique and horrific sim tore up the charts earlier this year, and the price drop just makes it more of a steal. The goal is not to actually learn surgery or save lives, but to do as little damage as possible while being sprayed down with hilarious amounts of blood and gore. If Tarantino directed ER, it would look cleaner than this.
